This is a live chat customer support position. We’re looking for people who can write responses during online conversations, with strong written English and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.
You will help businesses by answering messages in live chat on their websites or on their social media pages. This is a fully remote job, so you can work from anywhere.
Role: As a live chat agent, you’ll be paid for answering customer questions, sending sales links, and offering discounts through the company’s website chat or their social media channels.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Pay: $25 to $35 per hour.
Requirements: You’ll need a laptop, phone, or tablet, along with a stable internet connection. Basic knowledge of written English is required.
Profile: Entry-level roles are available. Full training is provided, and no previous professional experience is necessary.
Location: Worldwide remote (preference for candidates in the United States).
