What we’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in TV and film
• Technical support experience
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
• Strong problem‑solving abilities across various apps and platforms
• Professional proficiency in English
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9
Technical requirements:
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or newer
• Reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two‑factor authentication app on your phone
