What we’re looking for:
• A customer‑focused support approach
• Interest in TV and film
• Technical support experience
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask for clarification when necessary
• Strong problem‑solving skills across various apps and platforms
• Professional English proficiency
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9
Workspace requirements:
• A laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or later
• A reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two‑factor authentication app on your phone
