What We’re Looking For:
• A customer-focused support approach
• Interest in TV and film
• Technical support experience
• Experience with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask for clarification when necessary
• Strong troubleshooting skills across various apps and platforms
• Professional-level English
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9

Workspace Requirements:
• A personal Windows 10 (or newer) laptop or desktop
• A dependable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone
