The work tasks
You will help us on an hourly basis during peak times in our Support operations, assisting us in building a world-class customer experience.
We offer you access to an international work environment where you will receive useful insights into what it is like to work in a start-up.
Your main areas of responsibility will be to cover incoming e-mails related to delivery issues, returns, and troubleshooting. In addition, communicate closely with our developers and bring forward business development ideas.

To succeed at Narrative you need to be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment. Furthermore, you need to have problem-solving skills, you need to be service-minded, have an interest in technology, like to work flex hours and love to communicate with people.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Experience working with Mac
• Currently attending College or University
