Customer Success Support is responsible for setting up, providing ongoing support for, and maintaining the accuracy of enterprise accounts. Each team member ensures that every client has the tools they need to use Yembo’s products and services. Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day support:
– Provide support via email
– Provide support via text through our platform
– Manage incoming calls and complete outgoing follow-ups
– Teach clients how to use our products effectively and create training guides
– Identify customer adoption blockers
– Debug customer issues and clearly communicate findings to engineering
Hours/Location:
This is a full-time remote role. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, texts, and emails from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Yembo is a fully remote company with team members across the US and internationally.
Travel:
No travel is currently required.
Requirements:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Highly proactive approach
– Efficient time management and strong prioritization skills
– Proficiency with various software tools, including G Suite, CRMs such as Salesforce, and project management tools like Jira/Trello
– Ability to work regular US business hours

Salary Range: $42,000 – $52,000 USD
