Xsolla is seeking a Product Owner / Product Manager to join our In-Game Services team and help scale the industry’s leading In-Game Store platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our In-Game Store (IGS) is an operational eCommerce platform used by 1,000+ B2B clients worldwide. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership of specific product areas, drive features end-to-end, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the full lifecycle of product features
- Write specifications for API, webhooks, SDKs, and web interface
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and more
- Support partner integrations and translate feedback into requirements
- Contribute to product strategy and define key metrics
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or LiveOps (gaming/eCommerce)
- Understanding of in‑game economy and monetization
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic architecture
- Strong communication and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with data and navigate ambiguity
- Fluent English
NICE TO HAVE
- B2B/B2B2C product experience
- LiveOps or mobile monetization background
- Financial modeling
- Experience creating KPI frameworks

TEAM STRUCTURE
You will collaborate with the current IGS Product Manager, a dedicated engineering team of 5 developers + Tech Lead, and shared teams including design, research, analytics, legal, tech writers, PMO, and client-facing teams.
