We’re looking for a **Technical Customer Support Specialist** to join our team! In this role, you’ll be our clients’ first point of contact, helping them via chat and email (no phone calls). You’ll handle requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
This is a **100% remote position**. If you’re based near Nantes, you may occasionally work from our office.
## What we’re looking for
– **Fluency in English and French is required**: English is our primary working language, so excellent written and verbal communication is essential. We also support French-speaking customers. Additional languages are a plus.
– **Technical knowledge**: you don’t need to be a developer, but you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS). This is not a role where you’ll be trained from scratch—please come prepared.
– **Experience providing live chat customer support**: you should be comfortable handling multiple customer conversations at once and delivering clear, effective responses in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live chat tools is a plus.
– **Experience with B2B & support software**: you should understand how SaaS products work and have experience using or supporting B2B tools (e.g., help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems).
– **Team spirit**: empathy, kindness, active listening, and a collaborative mindset are essential. You’ll thrive if you value teamwork and a positive work environment.
– Strong **communication** and **problem-solving** skills.
– **Bonus**: mastery of another European language.

## Contract details
– **In France**: if you’re based in France, you’ll be hired under a **standard employment contract (CDI)**.
– **Outside France**: if you live abroad, you’ll work under a **full-time freelance services contract**. You must be a self-employed worker in your country and able to issue invoices.

## Compensation & benefits
– The salary range for this position is **€30K–€35K gross per year**, depending on experience.
