Qualifications:

• Experience living, working, or studying in the US or Canada is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet home environment.
• A positive, professional approach with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Customer support experience is a plus but not essential.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly.
