Limitless Technology is looking for a passionate, empathetic **Chat Specialist for Customer Support** to join and strengthen our global, remote team of freelance support professionals.

In this role, you represent one of the world’s most well-known gaming brands. You’ll work alongside hundreds of like-minded people and use your skills to help others enjoy fast, smooth, and seamless experiences through clear, friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer conversation feels effortless.

– Fully remote freelance hourly role
– Available shifts: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:30 UTC
– Hourly pay: $5–$20 USD depending on location, plus additional incentives for quality and volume
– You choose your own shifts
– To stay on the team, you must average at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat interactions
– As demand grows, we expand regions and introduce 24/7 coverage to offer more scheduling flexibility

This position is especially well-suited to someone who enjoys supporting product outcomes and values having control over their working hours.

**Your responsibilities**
– Answer questions via chat, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to solutions
– Provide well-informed, high-quality support that meets service requirements and matches the brand’s tone and values
– Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
– Keep clear, consistent notes for every interaction
– Stay up to date with product updates, service information, and policies to deliver informed support
– Share insights about recurring issues to improve the overall customer experience

**What you should bring**
– Customer service experience, ideally via chat or digital support
– Strong written English skills, with excellent spelling and grammar
– Ability to confidently use multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving ability
– Reliable internet and a personal computer
– Flexibility for shifts throughout the day, including evenings or weekends if required
– Additional customer-related requirements, such as an active PSN ID for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community bans within the last 12 months
– At least one 64-bit device with Windows 11 (Mac and Chromebook support will be available soon)
