Part-Time Customer Support & Lead Nurturing Specialist
(Remote – Cyclical Work Schedule: 2 Weeks On, 3 Weeks Off)

We’re looking for a Customer Support & Lead Nurturing Specialist to help us manage and qualify prospective students for our guitar tuition business. You’ll play a key role in streamlining our sales process and ensuring our calendar runs smoothly.
📅 Work Schedule
- This is a part-time position with a cyclical schedule:
- 2 weeks on, 3 weeks off (aligned with our promotional campaigns).
- During the active two-week period, you’ll handle leads, schedule calls, and support day-to-day operations.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Contacting New Leads: When a potential student submits our form, you’ll reach out quickly to nurture and qualify them. Speed is essential.
- Scheduling Calls: Arrange sales calls efficiently, minimizing downtime between appointments (ideally no more than 15 minutes between calls).
- Qualifying Leads: Speak with prospective students to determine whether they’re a good fit for our program.
- Follow-Up & Nurturing: Contact leads who haven’t booked a call, answer questions, and build relationships.
- Managing Cancellations: Handle call declines respectfully when someone isn’t a fit, keeping the schedule efficient.
- General Support: Respond to questions from prospective students and ensure clear communication at all times.
