Job Requirements:
We are looking for a proficient Microsoft BI Developer with solid experience in Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS to design, build, and manage enterprise-level data integration and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and creating dashboards and reports using Microsoft BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

ETL & Data Integration (SSIS)
• Design, develop, and implement SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Set up incremental loading, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.
• Integrate data from various sources including SQL Server, Excel, flat files, and APIs.
• Schedule and oversee ETL tasks using SQL Server Agent.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Reporting (SSRS)
• Create and manage SSRS reports such as tabular, matrix, drill‑down, and parameterized reports.
• Develop paginated reports for operational and financial needs.
• Configure report subscriptions and automated delivery.
• Manage report security and deployment across environments.
• Improve report performance and dataset efficiency.

Data Visualization & Analytics (Power BI)
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations and measures.
• Create optimized data models using star schema principles.
• Implement Row‑Level Security.
• Publish and administer reports in Power BI Service.
• Work with business users to gather reporting needs.

Required Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (Desktop and Service)
• Practical experience with SSIS and SSRS
• Advanced T‑SQL skills (joins, CTEs, stored procedures, indexing, window functions)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, fact/dimension modeling)
• Experience managing SQL Server databases
• Strong performance tuning and query optimization abilities

Preferred / Nice to Have:
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or Azure SQL
• Familiarity with SSAS (tabular or multidimensional)
• Knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD processes
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Python)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Over 4 years of experience working with the Microsoft BI stack
