Limitless Technology is looking for a passionate, empathetic **Customer Service Chat Specialist** to grow our global remote team of freelance support professionals.

In this role, you’ll represent one of the world’s most recognized gaming brands. You’ll collaborate with hundreds of similar colleagues and use your skills to help others enjoy fast, smooth, and hassle-free experiences through quick, clear, and friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, resolve problems, and make every customer interaction feel effortless.

– Fully remote, freelance, and paid hourly
– Shifts available Monday–Friday, between 09:00 and 18:30 UTC
– Hourly pay: $5–$20 USD depending on your location, plus additional incentives based on quality and volume
– Choose your own shifts
– To stay on the team, you must average at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat interactions
– As demand grows, we’ll expand coverage to more regions and offer 24/7 shift options for more scheduling flexibility

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping product users and values control over their work hours.

**Key responsibilities**
– Answer customer questions via chat, resolve issues, and guide customers to the right solutions
– Provide accurate, high-quality support that meets service standards and matches the brand’s tone and values
– Escalate complicated cases to specialized teams when needed
– Keep clear, consistent notes for every interaction
– Stay updated on product changes, service information, and policies to support customers effectively
– Share insights on recurring issues to improve the overall customer experience

**What you bring**
– Proven customer service experience, ideally through chat or other digital support
– Strong written English, including excellent spelling and grammar
– Ability to work confidently with multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills
– Reliable internet access and a personal computer
– Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings or weekends when required
– Any role-specific customer requirements (for example, a valid PSN ID active for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community bans in the past 12 months)
– At least one 64-bit Windows 11 device (Mac and Chromebooks will be supported soon)
