Contra is seeking a customer support specialist based in the Philippines to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our expanding community of freelancers and companies. The role includes handling various support-related tasks. The expected schedule is Fridays from 3 a.m. to 11/12 p.m. EST and weekends from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Assisting users and resolving their questions or issues.
• Managing and completing daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Ensuring all tasks are finished promptly while maintaining high quality.
