Arabic Customer Service Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Arabic Customer Service Specialist (Remote) to join our team. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
You will answer customer questions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience in every interaction. Success in this remote position requires excellent communication skills in Arabic, strong problem-solving abilities, and careful attention to detail. Your work will help maintain customer satisfaction and support the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic via email, chat, or phone (and in English if needed)
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures
- Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication
2) Issue Resolution
- Help customers troubleshoot and resolve common problems
- Identify root causes and guide customers through solutions
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams
3) Case Management
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM or support systems
- Monitor open cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
4) Service Quality and Standards
- Ensure responses meet the company’s quality and communication standards
- Handle complaints professionally and with empathy
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues
5) Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Stay up to date on product updates, policies, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and strong English skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with digital tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
