About this role:

– Outlier is seeking strong Spanish writers to assist in training generative AI models.
– This is a remote, freelance position with flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever suits you best.

How you may contribute:

– Reviewing Spanish (Spain) text and ranking AI‑generated responses
– Writing brief stories in Spanish (Spain) based on assigned topics
– Evaluating whether AI‑generated Spanish (Spain) text is factually correct

Examples of preferred experience:

– Professional translation background
– Professional writing experience (copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, etc.)
– Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities or writing‑related field
– Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program in creative writing

Compensation:

– At present, Spanish (Spain) writing specialists working on core projects earn an average of USD $25 per hour
– Rates differ depending on expertise, skills evaluations, location, project demands, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for candidates with advanced degrees such as PhDs. Lower rates may apply for non‑core tasks, including onboarding or overtime phases. Some projects also offer bonus incentives. Please review the payment details for each project.
