About the role:
– Outlier is seeking strong Spanish writers to help train generative AI models.
– This is a remote, freelance role with flexible scheduling, so you can work whenever you prefer.

How you can contribute:
– Review Spanish (Spain) text and rank AI-generated responses
– Write short stories in Spanish (Spain) based on specific prompts
– Evaluate whether AI-generated Spanish (Spain) content is factually accurate

Preferred experience:
– Professional translation experience
– Professional writing experience (e.g., copywriting, journalism, technical writing, or editing)
– Currently enrolled in or completed an undergraduate program in the humanities or a writing-related field
– Currently enrolled in or completed a graduate program in creative writing

Compensation:
– Spanish (Spain) writing specialists working on core projects currently earn an average of USD $25 per hour
– Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessed, location, project requirements, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for candidates with advanced degrees such as PhDs. Lower rates may apply to non-core tasks like onboarding or overtime phases. Some projects may also include bonuses. Please review the payment details for each specific project.
