Leading software development consultancy, Clevertech, is looking to hire a Sourcing Partner to support our team’s rapid growth. You will be integral to the development and success of our organization while also being able to take advantage of the many meaningful, career-developing opportunities you’ll be provided.

Responsibilities

– Liaise with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure an efficient, positive experience
– Actively source candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and facilitate them through the process using our in-house ATS software program
– Crafting action plans for effective sourcing
– Opportunity to work on other projects as needed within the Talent department
– This position will join a team of 4 recruiters and will primarily be focused on recruiting software developers in the US and Canada

Requirements

– At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in an international market
– Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks
– Strong attention to detail and master of organization.
– Previous experience coordinating with Technical Recruiters, Sourcers and Hiring Managers
– High level of resourcefulness
– High sense of urgency
– Tech-Savvy
