We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and accomplished Sourcer to join us on a temporary 3 month contract basis (with optionality to extend). • You’ll assist recruiters in kicking off new searches and support existing searches across multiple departments across a variety of life science fields.

• You will partner with hiring managers to understand our needs and to define unique search parameters (e.g provide market insights and talent analytics)

• Source and identify talent-rich recruitment sources and build pipelines of top talent

• Maintain data integrity and experience by reviewing, dispositioning, and advancing applicants promptly

• Support team sourcing strategies, pre-screen candidates and deliver pre-qualified diverse candidates to hiring managers

• Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased, equitable and efficient

• Provide weekly and ad hoc updates to the talent acquisition team, hiring managers and leadership

• Help support special projects that further improve the comprehensive recruitment process, enhance candidate experience, enhance brand recognition, structure interview training, or improve diversity and inclusion efforts

About You

• You will have 5+ years in-house recruitment experience, with 2+ years having been focused in the Biopharma, Techbio or Tech industries

• You have experience with recruitment in biotech, tech or sciences

• You can remain organized and focused within a startup environment

• You have expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Google products

• You have experience finding unique ways to source and attract qualified candidates

• You have experience building relationships internally and externally

• You are understand the importance of maintaining repeatable and established targets and metrics

• You can engage with clear intent, and create inclusive dialogs

• You succeed in team environments and deliver within timelines

Compensation & Benefits at insitro

Our target starting salary for successful US-based applicants for this role is $50 – $60/hr. To determine starting pay, we consider multiple job-related factors including a candidate’s skills, education and experience, market demand, business needs, and internal parity. We may also adjust this range in the future based on market data.

This role is not eligible for participation in our Annual Performance Bonus Plan (based on company targets by role level and annual company performance) and our Equity Incentive Plan, subject to the terms of those plans and associated policies.
