Brightcove is looking for a Software Engineer who will participate in the design, development, testing, and documentation of software systems for video streaming and playback. Candidates are expected to have development experience in object oriented and functional programming methodologies as well as experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End to end production of server-side systems including design, development, test and maintenance

Participation in Agile-based teams delivering new customer solutions, and updates to existing solutions on a regular basis

• Work with other engineers to help design and develop the next generation of video streaming systems
