INYAD is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to strengthen the visibility of our brand and products by building relationships and engaging with potential customers through popular social media platforms.
– Respond to customer questions as they come in via email, chat, or phone (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
– Monitor and respond to social media comments, and handle requests by coordinating with internal teams
– Go beyond the standard support queue by developing new ways to delight and engage customers, such as improving documentation, creating interactive email signatures, and running proactive email campaigns
– Maintain and update customer support documentation
Requirements:
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Modern Standard Arabic, French, and English
– Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent organization
