You will be the interface between legal and technology professionals.

• You will advise our clients (crypto-asset issuers, blockchain protocol developers, regulators, custodians, payment providers, and asset managers) on a range of regulatory and legal issues, compliance, licensing, and product development.
• You will also work with the tech team to design and build business solutions on the Ethereum blockchain, including deploying smart contracts and launching dApps.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Corporate Law (LL. M/J. D).
• You have a strong love for new technologies, including blockchain/DLT and digital assets.
• You have 2-4 years of experience of working in the legal and tech sectors.
• You work independently.
• You are proficient in understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Bonus: You have prior experience with React, Solidity or JavaScript.
