We are a small three‑person team that has been creating tools for Shopify merchants for more than two years. Our steady growth has brought us to the stage where we now need a dedicated customer support representative.

Until now, even without a full‑time support role, we have always taken customer support seriously, as reflected in our excellent app rating. We are now ready to elevate our support efforts even further.

You will be our first customer support representative, making you an essential member of the team. You will help us establish systems and processes for future support staff.

You will also have opportunities to explore other areas of the business. We always welcome initiative.

Some of the main responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via live chat or email and resolve any issues they encounter
• Continuously learn about our app’s features and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist users
• Collect and summarize product feedback from merchants and propose improvements
• Perform manual testing of new app features
• Take on some non‑support tasks such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, depending on your abilities and interests

Must have:
• Basic knowledge of JS, HTML, and CSS, with a willingness to learn more if needed
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Enjoy interacting with people and solving their problems
• Ability to manage challenging customers (though we rarely encounter them)
• Comfort discussing technical concepts at a high level
• Ability and willingness to write technical documentation or articles
• Openness to handling tasks outside of customer support, as we are a small startup where everyone takes on different roles
• Ability to work with at least a four‑hour overlap with GMT+7 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Nice to have:
• Experience with Shopify, especially theme development or customization
• Experience working in B2B SaaS
• Knowledge of additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, or Italian
• Any other skills valuable to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, or video editing
