Slomin’s Inc., the nation’s largest privately owned home heating oil and home security company, is seeking Part-Time Inbound Call Center Professionals. Responsibilities primarily include taking inbound calls from our customer base. You will assist the customer with inquiries related to all aspects of their Slomin’s account (billing, troubleshooting, etc.). Qualified candidates will be energetic, professional, possess customer service skills, and a desire to succeed. Paid training. We offer a highly competitive salary. Call center experience preferred but we are open to individuals with the right attitude who are willing to work hard to learn what it takes to provide excellent customer service. Employee will work a 5 day work schedule. Technology Requirements:
- A working computer/laptop (either Windows or MAC) with an available USB port for a headset to be connected. (Apple iPad’s and Android tablets are NOT supported)
- A good high speed internet connection (dial up or satellite do NOT count)
- A willingness to allow us to remotely connect to the PC for the purposes of training and troubleshooting
- Minimum hardware specs should be: For Windows 10 (or later):
- Minimum 2 GHz (32-bit or 64-bit) processor
- Minimum of 4 GB of memory (8 GB recommended)
- 400 MB of free hard drive space
- Required minimum screen resolution is 1,024 x 768 For Mac OS X® 10.10 Yosemite (or later):
