Vertex Inc. is currently looking for a Sr. Test Designer/Cloud Solutions candidate to provide professional expertise in performance testing architecture, design and framework, allowing for continuous improvement in test efficiency, test cycle times, and completeness of testing coverage. Provide domain knowledge of performance test tools and techniques in a development organization. To provide ownership for both generic and release-specific performance test strategy.

We are looking for someone who can advise and assist the on various testing methodologies and tools. Someone who can help with product team related issues, issues/improvements related to specifications and software design, automated testing framework and its recommendations for improvement.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7+ years experience in application software environments

• 5+ years in software testing in multiple environments including test planning, control, execution, and quality assessment

• 5+ years in software development/scripting

• 2 years in technical leadership role – desired.
