Description: As a Senior System Architect with Rulesware, you’ll be responsible for implementing technical solutions on BPM Platforms such as Pega 7. In this leadership role, you will work face-to-face and onsite with clients in a variety of locations, demonstrating strong analytical and communications skills with a focus on agile and scrum methodologies.

Key Job Functions

• Design, develop and implement exceptional technical solutions

• Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by your Technical Lead, to ensure work is delivered on-time and on-budget

• Consistently demonstrate your knowledge of industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum

• Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle

• Demonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members on on-going basis

• Actively participate in internal Rulesware projects to help build the Rulesware brand and expertise

• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using PegaSystems SmartBPM methodology and DCO tools.
