We do have some performance issues We need a general analysis of the environment and a recommendation on how to optimize it. We need someone to create an overview of AS IS situation in the BO environment and some suggestion for the TO BE environment. Maybe different TO BE options with different prices. We need a check of the system Upgrades, new installations It appears that we are paying for a 3 tier landscape, but only production is working right now (this should be changed, so that we have a real 3-tier landscape). Help with specifying and sizing the BO environments Right now it is old all of it, it is not scalable, it is a Windows 2008 standard server. It is running on virtual servers We think that the production server should be a physical server, we probably need an enterprise server. We don’t know how many licenses are used compared to what are we paying for. We fear we are using more licenses that we have. And maybe we haven’t entered the license keys correctly. The BW warehouse is running on IBM Power database . It is only BO that we have issues with. We have the expertise we need in BW and other SAP modules. BO was installed some years ago – maybe around 4-5 years old We use version 4.1 right now with service pack service pack 2. We need to get an estimate on how we could proceed – and what is the cost. It seems that we bought a lot of licenses, but maybe not using them. One of the SAP basis people is doing SAP license review, but he doesn’t have the knowledge to do it on BO. We would like to have a dashboard where we can see what BO licenses we are using. I think that there is a few hundred of users registered, we don’t know if they are using it. We have some concurrent user licenses (175 or something like that) We use it for Financial Dashboard, 10-20 users and some other reports You will be working together with infrastructure people and BO developers from the company. We need everything in the BO platform documented – and knowledge handed over to us. Maybe also some maintenance manuals for our installation needs to be created.
