We are seeking an experienced Product Merchandising Manager to lead the development of a refined product and assortment strategy for VRAI. Working closely with marketing, product development, design, and the creative team, you will oversee the full product lifecycle from planning and launch through performance analysis. This highly visible role will present directly to executive leadership and play a key part in advancing VRAI toward becoming one of the world’s top 10 jewelry houses.

Responsibilities
• Build an elevated assortment strategy benchmarked against leading jewelry brands.
• Produce product launch forecasts informed by competitive trends and customer demand.
• Manage website and in-store merchandising in partnership with cross-functional teams, aligned with trends, inventory needs, and company objectives.
• Conduct gap and price analyses across current assortments and develop strategic product roadmaps.
• Prepare and present data-backed design briefs to executive leadership, emphasizing commercially viable, cost-effective diamond-focused products.
• Train internal teams and external marketplace partners to ensure aligned and cohesive product launches.

Requirements
• More than five years of diamond jewelry merchandising experience within the fine jewelry sector.
• Strong commercial acumen in both retail and e-commerce.
• Excellent analytical abilities and confidence presenting to senior leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a start-up environment.

Salary range: $100,000–$140,000 per year.
Actual compensation may vary based on role responsibilities, experience, and expertise. More senior candidates may be considered, with adjustments to compensation as appropriate.
