As a member of our SysOpsteam, you will be responsible for contributing to the architecture, design, automation, deployment, monitoring, and senior-level support of our solutions and services.
Position Responsibilities:
In this multi-faceted role, the Senior Linux Administratorwill be responsible for:
Working side-by-side in a truly collaborative manner with our architecture, operations, sales, marketing, compliance, and executive leadership team to provide best in class solutions, services, and customer support.
Collaborating with your peers on the SysOps teamto ensure that our solutions and services meet and exceed our client’s expectations and achieve our rigorous quality standards.
Typical job functions include:
On-going Sysadmin workon bare metal and AWS instances.
Proactive system/network monitoring.
Proactive system capacity planning.
Deployment and task automation utilizing salt or other methods.
Issue/Incidence response.
Code-level analysis of issues including root cause determination and/or potential code fix.
Peer-level customer support for low-level, highly-technical issue resolution.
Work with compliance team to implement controls and other security needs.
Continual improvement on the system as a whole.
