By working with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers, you’ll turn insights into actionable strategies and present your findings to executives to influence high-level decisions.
As part of Match Group, you’ll also have opportunities to collaborate with data experts from other major dating brands, giving you access to industry best practices and broadening your knowledge.
So, what will you do?
• Design, run, and assess experiments to boost user engagement and retention
• Analyze large datasets to identify behavior trends and enhance key features
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams and leadership
• Work with Product, Engineering, UX, and Marketing to drive data-informed decisions
• Collaborate with fellow data analysts supporting monetization, marketing, and trust & safety
• Present insights to leadership to help shape company-wide priorities

• Experience working with raw clickstream or telemetry data and datasets exceeding 100 million records
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python for analysis
• A background working with large datasets in fast-paced, data-heavy environments
• Strong business intuition and the ability to link data to strategic decisions
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership
Salary: $116,000–$130,000 per year
