Looking for a full time search engine optimizer to come and join our team. We need somebody who has had multiple years experience developing web assets from an on page and off page perspective.

Here are some basic responsibilties:

• Weekly report submission of where we currently are SEO wise (GA, Moz etc as a tool set would be needed).
• SEO strategy on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with concrete plans and targets to get us there.
• Be the ‘SEO’ guy who can answer questions our regular marketing team can’t (internal linking questions, site silo questions, on page optimization questions etc).
• Strategize ways to improve site performance (ranking, bounce rate, time on site, etc.) for specific pages or sections of the site.
• Tell our content team what to write for and optimize those pages for search.
• Help with user experience and site optimization.
• The ability to manage a team and keep them focused on particular targets.
