We are looking for a Scrum Product Owner to join our growing Product Management team. In this role, you will be a key member of our global organization, working directly with our US clients on critical initiatives.

As a Product Owner, you will ensure the development team consistently receives high-quality stories. This includes collaborating closely with clients to understand requirements, writing and prioritizing user stories, and making sure engineering teams clearly understand what we’re building and why. You will work with global delivery teams and Client Services to support execution, advise clients on business challenges, build top-tier products using Agile practices, and drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:
• Partner with the Product Manager to deliver top-priority features aligned with the product vision and company goals.
• Help develop sprint and deployment plans that support the product’s go-to-market strategy and deliver customer value.
• Work with Product Managers to gather and analyze data on product usage and user behavior to guide feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with the team to continually improve team dynamics, satisfaction, and performance in a collaborative, innovative environment.
• Work with dual-track agile design and development teams across multiple regions.
• Document requirements and acceptance criteria for features, epics, and stories, and take ownership of story acceptance.
• Manage the backlog, maintain clear priorities, and lead backlog refinement sessions with development teams.
• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, daily standups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Design Research to conduct user interviews, usability tests, A/B tests, and share insights.
• Communicate project health and risks, resolve issues, and maintain consistent communication rhythms.
• Work with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and priorities that guide product design and architecture.

Minimum qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Scrum Product Owner.
• 3+ years working with technical teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills with team members, project managers, and executive-level clients.
• Ability to deliver complex work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques.
• Experience with various project delivery methodologies.
• Prior experience creating and executing test plans for complex data transformations and migrations.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools.
