We are seeking a Mid-Level Scrum Master to lead our Data team. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical skills and soft skills, capable of guiding the team in delivering efficient and innovative solutions aligned with the company’s objectives, acting as a reference for business understanding, prioritization of tasks, and work organization.
Previous Experience
– 3+ years working as a Scrum Master;
– Experience in setting up and evolving multi-functional development teams;
– Experience working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment with multiple parallel teams;
– Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc;
– Proven experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.

– Strong self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure;
– A strong advocate of Lean Agile culture, promoting its principles and practices within the organization;
– An enthusiast, heavy user, and promoter of AI in daily operations to enhance efficiency;

Nice to Have
– Previous experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);
– Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
Main Responsibilities
– Problem Solving: Support solution discussions within the team, focusing on internal conflicts, product matters, and communication issues to foster collaboration and innovation;
– Impediment Removal: Support the team by removing impediments or blockers impacting delivery;
– Coaching: Guide the development team in agile principles, Scrum practices, and ceremonies, serving as a reference for business understanding and work organization;
– Client Collaboration: Work with clients to identify business and operational requirements;
– Roadmap Development: Develop, monitor, and present Data transformation roadmaps to both internal and external audiences;
– Requirements Production: Produce high-quality requirements and well-defined user stories (with acceptance criteria);
– Backlog Management: Ensure user stories meet the agreed Definition of Ready and Definition of Done; refine, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs;
– Metrics Analysis: Familiarity with KPIs and metrics, along with experience using this data to demonstrate project progress; and analyze and monitor team metrics such as burndown, expected vs. actual velocity, and lead time/cycle time to assess project health and aid in planning;
– Agile Refinement: Refine our agile methodologies based on results and client feedback to drive incremental improvements;
– Consistency Assurance: Ensure touchpoints are set up across the project lifecycle for consistency of vision (internally and externally);
– Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities and hypotheses while developing a deep understanding of users, stakeholders, and the problems to be solved.
