We seek a Scrum Master to help drive the release of high-quality Wowza projects, products, and services using Agile methodologies. This person will report to the CTO, and will play a vital role in ensuring that we maintain our high customer satisfaction ratings in the rapidly changing streaming media market. You will be working closely with a cross-functional and geographically-dispersed team of experienced software professionals that is focused on creating, improving, and driving adoption of Wowza streaming media products.

The person we seek is smart, highly experienced in Agile processes and software program/project management, and passionate about digital media technologies. You will be the Agile champion, guiding the teams and organization on how we continuously improve our Agile process. You will facilitate and lead daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives. A key measure of individual success will be assessing the maturity of the teams and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the teams and organization.

More broadly, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying and tracking work items and issues, identifying bottlenecks, assessing and managing risks, coordinating meetings, reporting status, and balancing business needs with project challenges. You will work in close partnership with the product owner, engineering, support, marketing, documentation, and infrastructure teams, coordinating efforts across all of these teams.
