AHEAD Information Technology is looking for a Scrum Master to support several Agile teams in a fast‑growing, dynamic setting. This position is well‑suited for someone with strong delivery experience, a deep interest in Agile practices, and a collaborative approach. Whether you are joining from outside the company or moving internally from a Project Manager or QA Manager role, this opportunity allows you to expand your influence through Agile coaching and facilitation.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams
• Guide teams in effectively using Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Coach team members on estimation, the definition of done, and planning sprints
• Support teams in becoming more self‑managing and improving delivery processes
• Identify and resolve obstacles that could prevent teams from meeting their goals
• Communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders
• Promote transparency, teamwork, and ongoing improvement
• Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize backlogs that support business objectives
• Encourage positive team interactions and cross‑team collaboration
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications
• At least 5 years of IT delivery experience, including time as a Scrum Master or in a similar leadership position
• Experience working with Salesforce development teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally, as well as Microsoft 365
• Excellent skills in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Preferred credentials: PMI‑ACP, CSM, or PSM; Salesforce certification is a plus

Compensation: $125,000–$140,000 per year

The compensation range listed represents the On‑Target Earnings (OTE) for this role, which includes base salary plus any applicable target bonus. The final OTE may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
