Piton Labs is seeking a committed Business Development Representative to join us as we move into our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will be a key driver in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates whose working hours fall between GMT-8 (U.S. West Coast) and GMT-3, though we may consider others depending on the circumstances.
**Responsibilities and Expectations**
You will participate in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but having a strong understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value we deliver to potential customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and contacting new leads
• Representing Piton Labs in meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing sales strategies focused on our key markets (startups and innovation within enterprises)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
• Delivering presentations and product demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges
**About You**
You’re proactive and have solid experience in business development. You naturally build and maintain relationships—and you stand out because:

**General Requirements**
• Native or near-native English
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a technical environment
• Proven ability to generate new business
**Remote Work Policy**
• Fully remote role, with no physical office
• Preference for candidates located in the United States with authorization to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with Eastern Time on most days
• Ideal for digital entrepreneurs without a fixed workspace
