For the high-energy, tech-savvy, lead generation professional – the Sales Development Manager role is a great opportunity to manage, mentor, and motivate the team responsible for driving demand for our flourishing, world-class SaaS company enabling the digital future of risk management and setting the standard for active risk management across the industry. We’re looking for highly-motivated, outgoing sales development leader with strong business acumen to join our growing GTM team.

What You’ll Do:

Drive the THREE M’s – Mentor, Motivate, Manage our GTM team and bring it to scale.
Develop a healthy and inclusive sales culture that attracts, develops, retains and promotes great sales talent.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the GTM team
Build and develop scripts and playbooks for the GTM team.
Set and achieve ambitious targets quarter after quarter.
Provide onboarding, continuous coaching, and professional development for each team member.
Continue to develop and evolve the go-to-market outbound strategy, including new vertical expansions, accounts, and processes.
Work hand-in-hand with Sales & Marketing leadership to ensure alignment with brand message during prospect outreach.
Continually coach the SDR Team in the latest best sales practices and approaches, including making personalized videos, sharpening our email approach, and perfecting the call script.
Create and manage team incentives to drive optimal productivity.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or another relevant field
3-5 years of SaaS sales management experience (B2B preferred)
Prior experience as an inbound and/or outbound sales development representative (SaaS experience preferred)
Track record for setting and achieving aggressive targets
Experience developing incentives for sales performance
Experience managing, training, and developing high-performing and entry-level teams
