Mobilize is looking for a UX Design Manager with a strong background in SaaS / Cloud-based design, to join our fast-growing company and help us build a BEAUTIFUL platform.
The role is available for Contractor, Part-Time and if you’re really awesome – full time too.
As Part of the role you will:
- Partner with Product Managers to envision and drive the overall user experience of our product offerings
- Turn wireframes into clean web interfaces that aim at wowing our customers and achieving business goals; develop the user interface so information is easy to read, understand and act on
- Design the look-and-feel of web pages, mobile apps, icons, banners and other creative assets
- Collaborate with our UX Team and product managers to constantly update, tweak and improve our visual designs to achieve and exceed business goals
- Manage and work on visual design throughout the entire product lifecycle from ideation through release
- Translate usability and field research findings into design improvements
- Develop and iterate on design concepts based on feedback from product management, marketing and UX/UI teams
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver polished final product, and to ensure execution of designs into working web pages
- Brainstorm and mock-up design ideas
- Present ideas and adjust designs based on feedback
