We’re looking for a talented back-end engineer with deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and some experience building application on top of the Salesforce API.

Tascit is an NYC based startup working with a distributed team that has recently launched a web application that is drastically improving the way high volume sales teams interact and manage their deal pipeline. Our application is in use across 5 companies, and we’re looking for someone that can help on three fronts as we grow:

-Building and deploying new features on our growing roadmap -Optimizing our API integration and its communication with our database -Ability to manage server operations, including scaling servers

You’ll be working directly with the Founders and CTO and will have a significant impact on the direction of the product.

The role will start at about 10 hours per week for a 2 – 4 week period. For the right candidate we hope that this will quickly develop into a full time role with equity compensation (you would be employee number 1!).
