Are you a customer service–oriented professional looking to join a rapidly expanding company in a thriving industry? Select Saunas, an online sauna retailer, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist.

We appreciate the vital role our Customer Service team plays, and this full-time position has a direct impact on customer satisfaction. Key duties include reviewing orders for accuracy, responding to customer inquiries promptly through phone or email, resolving issues through the appropriate channels, and staying informed about our sauna products and services.

Above all, the ideal candidate is a strong brand ambassador who goes the extra mile to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

About You
• You have strong customer service skills and prior experience.
• You can prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time well.
• You have excellent spoken and written English.
• You are highly organized and have a strong memory.
• You have solid computer skills, especially with Shopify, MS Office, and Gorgias or Zendesk.
• You have reliable high-speed internet.
• You can work US hours (9–5 Mountain Time).
• You have experience working in a small company (fewer than 30 employees).
• An interest in saunas and wellness is a bonus.

Your Responsibilities
• Review incoming Shopify orders, process payments, and contact customers with shipping details, estimated delivery dates, and any necessary support for receiving their sauna.
• Answer calls and return customer voicemails.
• Take phone orders.
• Send quotes and invoices to potential buyers.
• Review open Gorgias tickets and handle new ones efficiently.
• Manage fast-paced short live chats or text conversations.
• Communicate with coworkers, freight carriers, and suppliers about any issues to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• Keep customers updated throughout the ordering and delivery process, or follow up with potential buyers who have not yet ordered.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and proper ticket resolution.
