You will also play a key role in applying AI across go-to-market workflows to improve efficiency and performance.

Revenue Architecture & Strategy

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end RevOps framework, aligning go-to-market processes across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
  • Own the revenue technology stack strategy and architecture, ensuring smooth integration and automation across systems.
  • Work with the CRO and business leaders to define and refine revenue models, forecasting, pipeline health, and process improvements.
  • Operationalize territory design, lead routing, quota and comp planning, and sales enablement.

Systems Management & Integration

  • Serve as the primary administrator and system owner for all go-to-market tools, including:
  • Salesforce (CRM): system architecture, automation, data cleanliness, and user administration.
  • HubSpot: marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.
  • Clay, Unify, https://www.factors.ai: data enrichment, integrations, and advanced analytics.
  • Gong, Slack: sales insights, conversational intelligence, and workflow automation.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in Salesforce and across all connected systems through proactive data governance, hygiene rules, deduplication approaches, and validation processes.
  • Build and maintain a clean, scalable data architecture across systems to support accurate, trustworthy analytics.

Reporting, Analytics & Board Readiness

  • Create and own all reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce, including pipeline, forecasting, conversion metrics, and overall go-to-market performance.
  • Partner with Finance and the CRO to prepare board materials and executive-level analyses.
  • Establish consistent reporting rhythms and enable self-serve dashboards for cross-functional leaders.

AI Integration & Innovation

  • Act as a key stakeholder in Reco’s AI initiative by identifying high-impact opportunities to use AI across go-to-market workflows (e.g., lead scoring, forecasting, email personalization, and task automation).
  • Partner with internal AI teams to test and deploy AI solutions that streamline operational workflows and boost productivity for sellers and Customer Success teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (Manager, Architect, or higher), with growing scope and leadership responsibility.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration, including system architecture, integrations, and automation.
  • Proven ability to maintain high data quality standards in CRM systems, including experience with deduplication, data validation, enrichment workflows, and governance best practices.
  • Experience owning and integrating complex go-to-market systems (HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Clay, https://www.factors.ai, Unify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience building dashboards and modeling revenue data.
  • Experience supporting executive teams with board-level reporting and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated success delivering AI or automation initiatives in go-to-market workflows.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong bias toward action and ownership.
