About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Travel Reservation Agent to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you’ll assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences while providing outstanding customer service from the first inquiry to the end of their trip.
This fully remote position is perfect for people who enjoy helping others, stay highly organized, and thrive in a flexible work-from-home environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to match client needs
- Process booking requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation information
- Share travel requirements, policies, and important documentation
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn booking systems
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Interest in travel and a genuine desire to help people plan experiences
