The Research Coordinator will help ensure that our research operations consistently meet the high standards expected by our broad client base through Tier 1 support. This role helps clients reduce risk by contributing to our Research Operations processes. The coordinator will make informed business decisions and work closely with internal teams to improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a research expert and resource for internal and external customers
• Investigate and conduct research using both internal and external systems
• Act as a liaison for major managed and data stewardship partnerships
• Support and deliver key performance metrics, monitor processes, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Key Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least two years of business experience in customer support
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, global team while managing multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with urgency and meet critical deadlines and KPIs
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights
• Commitment to continuous learning through collaboration, mentorship, and structured development programs
