Mom’s Meals, a nationwide provider of refrigerated, home-delivered meals for the healthcare industry, is growing quickly. The Part-time Customer Service Representative serves as the main contact for customers placing meal orders, focusing on excellent service and entering orders efficiently and accurately. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour, or $18.00 per hour for bilingual employees, with weekly pay.

Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., totaling 20–29 hours per week.

This position requires three weeks of full-time, onsite training, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls for meal orders, answering customer questions, entering order information into the proper system, documenting all interactions, ensuring customers have active orders, contacting case managers when necessary, and working efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong verbal communication skills, the ability to deescalate situations and resolve issues quickly, and a track record of following company policies and values.

Preferred qualifications include a year of call center experience, familiarity with autodialers, multi-line phone systems, and CRM software, knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, and the ability to speak both English and Spanish.

Physical requirements involve repetitive hand and wrist movements, primarily sedentary work with extended periods of sitting, and visual capabilities such as depth perception and focus adjustment.
