Piton Labs is looking for a committed Business Development Representative to join us as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will be one of the key drivers behind expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates whose working hours fall between GMT‑8 (US West Coast) and GMT‑3, though we may consider other options depending on circumstances.

**Responsibilities and expectations**
You will participate in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a solid understanding of software development and the technology sector will help you clearly communicate the value we deliver to prospective customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Finding and reaching out to new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs in meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing sales strategies focused on our key markets (startups and corporate innovation/enterprise)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
• Giving pitches and running product demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

You are results-driven with strong experience in business development. You naturally build and maintain relationships, and stand out because:

**General requirements**
• Native or near-native English
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a technical environment
• Proven ability to generate new business

**Remote work policy**
• 100% remote position, with no physical office
• Preference for candidates based in the United States with authorization to work
• Additional consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with Eastern Time on most days
• Ideal for digital entrepreneurs without a fixed workspace
