Piton Labs is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative as we enter our next stage of expansion. In this role—our first hire—you will help grow our customer base and create new strategic partnerships. We especially welcome applicants in time zones from GMT-8 (U.S. West Coast) to GMT-3, though other locations may be considered case by case.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will take part in the entire sales process, from prospecting through closing, with guidance and support from our founding team. Although you don’t need deep technical expertise, a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value clearly to prospective customers.

Key responsibilities include:
– Finding and reaching out to new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies for our main markets (startups and corporate innovation)
– Working with engineering to share customer feedback and requirements
– Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
– Giving presentations and demos that demonstrate how our solutions address customer needs

**ABOUT YOU**
You’re a motivated professional with solid business development experience. You naturally build and maintain relationships, and you stand out because you:

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native or fluent English
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in the tech sector
– Demonstrated ability to generate new business

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
– 100% remote work; no physical office
– Preference for U.S.-based candidates with work authorization
– Second preference for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Must be able to overlap 4–6 hours with U.S. Eastern Time on most days
– Ideal for digital nomads—no fixed location required
