Piton Labs is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located in time zones between GMT‑8 (US Pacific) and GMT‑3 are especially preferred, though we may consider other options depending on circumstances.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will participate in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our offering to potential customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Finding and reaching out to new prospective customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to translate customer feedback into actionable needs
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**ABOUT YOU (THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR)**
You are proactive and have strong experience in business development. Naturally, you create and sustain relationships—and you stand out because:

• **You build relationships:** you excel at forming partnerships and turning contacts into customers
• **You think strategically:** you understand market dynamics and can position our technology effectively
• **You understand technology:** you may not be an engineer, but you know the digital landscape well enough to clearly communicate our value

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level fluency in English
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities

**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote, no physical office
• Preference for candidates located in the US who are authorized to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with US Eastern Time on most days
• Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed work location
