Piton Labs is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative as we enter our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Applications from time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S. Pacific) and GMT‑3 are especially welcome, though depending on the situation we may consider other options.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will be involved in the full sales cycle—from outreach and lead generation to closing—supported by our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our offering to prospective customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Identify and proactively reach out to new potential customers
• Represent Piton Labs in meetings, events, and conferences
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Work with the engineering team to translate customer feedback into practical, actionable needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous communication
• Deliver presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Fluent English at a native-speaker level
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
**REMOTE WORK ARRANGEMENT**
• Fully remote, no office on-site
• Preference for candidates based in the USA who are authorized to work there
• Second priority for candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours on most days with the U.S. East Coast schedule
• Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed work location
