Piton Labs is looking for a dedicated Business Development Representative as we enter our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates based in time zones between GMT‑8 (U.S. Pacific) and GMT‑3 are especially preferred, though we may consider other options depending on the circumstances.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You’ll be involved in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but having a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate the value of our offering to prospective customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Finding and reaching out to new potential customers
• Representing Piton Labs in meetings, events, and conferences
• Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our core markets (startups and corporate innovation)
• Partnering with the engineering team to translate customer feedback into actionable needs
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address customer challenges

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
• Native-level English fluency
• 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a tech environment
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
**REMOTE WORK POLICY**
• Fully remote, no physical office
• Preference for candidates located in the U.S. who are authorized to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap 4–6 hours with the U.S. East Coast schedule on most days
• Ideal for digital nomads without a fixed work location
