Piton Labs is hiring a proactive Business Development Representative to help drive our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates located in the GMT‑8 (US Pacific) to GMT‑3 time zone range, though we may consider other time zones.

**Role Responsibilities and Expectations**
You’ll participate in the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—supported by our founding team. You don’t need a deep technical background, but a basic understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you communicate our value more clearly to potential customers.

Your core responsibilities include:
• Finding and reaching out to new prospective customers
• Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and industry conferences
• Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our core markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
• Collaborating with the engineering team to turn customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering demos and presentations to show how our solutions address customer challenges

You’re highly motivated and bring strong business development experience. You naturally build and maintain relationships—and you stand out because you:

• **Excel at relationship-building:** You’re great at creating partnerships and converting contacts into customers
• **Think strategically:** You understand market dynamics and can position our technology effectively
• **Understand technology:** You may not be an engineer, but you have a clear grasp of the digital space and can communicate our value confidently

**General Requirements**
• English proficiency at a native level
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally with a background in the tech industry
• Proven ability to open new business opportunities

**Remote Work Policy**
• Fully remote—no physical office
• Priority: Candidates living in the US with work authorization
• Second priority: Candidates living in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Able to overlap with Eastern Time for 4–6 hours on most workdays
• Suitable for digital nomads—no fixed location required
